Describe the bug

when I open Genshin impact, it gets past the two initial white screens, than when it loads the sky scene, it doesn't prompt me wit the login information, just keeps loading.

Steps to reproduce

open Genshin impact

Expected behaviour

showing me the account name with the enter button

Crash log

none
Mac OS 26, but I have played before on the same os

it can be more of a network restriction issue, specially if you are using a University or College Wifi or a Wifi which use 802.1X Security
