Describe the bug
when Installed genshin imapct 5.8 the keymaping option is gone. i can still use the previous keymappinging i used but i cannot add new buttons because the keymapping option itself is missing from the menu bar.. cmd + k is not working. pls fixx this
Steps to reproduce
i did install macos tahoe 26 public beta but i dont think thats the reason since i was able to change keymaping in genshin 5.7 with this OS. pls check and fix the error. i am using playcover nightly (1188)
Expected behaviour
Keymapping should appear in menu bar and able add new keys

what did you do explain the process
@XUBian12345 commented on GitHub (Nov 15, 2025):
I had the same issue but there is a way to fix it. You can first download the keymap file from playcover GitHub and then import into the game and try out. If there is a problem about the positioning and size of the buttons, you can then open the keymap file with Xcode and then edit the properties of those buttons. (There are so many labels and properties of those buttons so you need to look carefully )Then you save the new keymap file and import again, set the new keymap file to default keymap in playover app settings and relaunch the game. You can just keep doing this until everything is good. So yeah it takes some time to do it, but it works.
