Current issues

Game fails to install
Game fails to open
Game crashes randomly during gameplay
Game does not work with keymapping
Game experiences graphical issues or broken UI
Game fails to connect to servers or complete download

Failed to connect to the game.
User authentication was not successfully completed. Please contact customer support.

I tried the steps mentioned in PlayCover documentation but still encountered the same issue:

Ran the application and downloaded the installation package (9GB).

Logged in using a Google account.

Shortly after, the error message appeared, and the application automatically closed.
