The documentation provided here: https://github.com/FoxUSA/OpenNote/blob/master/Doc/Build.md
on how to build this project seems to be lacking. I don't believe it's ready to deploy after issuing grunt build In fact, grunt build fails. The grunt documentation suggests I should do npm install in the directory first. Is this correct for this project?

Composer is listed as a requirement. Do I need to run it? If so, how?

Please describe the steps you took to generate the release .zips in Doc/Build.md
