Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Because I'd like this to replace OneNote due to privacy concerns, and since I'm hosting it on my server, I'd like to be the only one that can use it.
As far as I can tell, at the moment anyone can come to my server and create a user and start making notes.
I'm thinking my use scenario might be a bit different, but it should be worth considering.

you can disable registration in config.php
