Hello,

If a square bracket character '[' or ']' is included within a URI parameter's value it looks like it's not encoded. I think this may have been left unescaped to support ipv6 address easier right? But now the uri parameter values will leave brackets unencoded.

File: String+OAuthSwift.swift
Function: urlEncodedStringWithEncoding

let charactersToLeaveUnescaped = "[]." as CFStringRef
