Are there plans to integrate Twitch into this API? The addition of Twitch would make it perfect for my needs.

There is no plan to integrate any oauth provider.
Just try OAuthSwift with Twitch https://github.com/justintv/Twitch-API/blob/master/authentication.md
If this work you can PR into the demo app and if not maybe open a real documented issue
