Original GitHub issue: https://github.com/NTifyApp/NTify/issues/112

I updated the app from the updater button. It took several minutes to downloaded the file and my network traffic was high during the task.
The updater only download the jar update? Or do something more?
After this, I don´t feel safe right now using the App. Is an incredible app and I really enjoy using it but how to know if the updater do something besides download the main app?

Thanks in advance.

Noe reason to feel unsafe.

  1. It closes NTify
  2. It downloads the newest release from Github
  3. it replaces the NTify.jar in AppData with the just downloaded
  4. It runs the setup again

Please upload the log under %AppData%/NTify/logs so that I can have a look

Thanks for the reply.
I was looking for the log and did the task again. And definitely the problem isn't the application.
The application is clean and work like a charm.

Also thanks for your work.
