It works fine for me. If you have Spotify Premium, please try to VPN to a different country
@HIXOXIH commented on GitHub (Sep 28, 2025):
I used a VPN and the same problem persists. I don't think that's the issue because it always worked without me needing a VPN, and on my phone, Spotify works normally without a VPN. I tested it on Windows XP and Windows 7, and the same problem occurs.
@werwolf2303 commented on GitHub (Sep 30, 2025):
I will look into it. I only have time on weekends now, sry
@HIXOXIH commented on GitHub (Sep 30, 2025):
Everything was fine. But about 10 days ago, this started happening. I then updated to the latest version of NTify, thinking that would fix it. But it's still the same. I even did a clean install. But it's still the same.

Hi @werwolf2303 ! I'm waiting the solution. So much time without my musics... :(
@werwolf2303 commented on GitHub (Oct 9, 2025):
I don't have time for it right now. But I'll try to fix it this weekend
@werwolf2303 commented on GitHub (Oct 10, 2025):
I can't replicate your issue. It works fine for me. May be something region related
@theanthonydavenport commented on GitHub (Oct 10, 2025):
I'd need to know more about your system, OS, VPNs, proxies & if you have Spotify Premium.
@HIXOXIH commented on GitHub (Oct 10, 2025):
@theanthonydavenport I am currently not paying for the premium, but I have been using it for many months normally with the backup of the "credentials" file Everything worked perfectly, but a few days ago this error started to appear. And on both XP and Windows 7 the system worked very well. But the same error is repeated in both systems. I can log in as you can see in the images, but the error happens as soon as the screen loads. And I can't play any music.
@HIXOXIH commented on GitHub (Oct 11, 2025):
I signed up to premium just to test if it would work again after this, and it did.
@theanthonydavenport commented on GitHub (Oct 11, 2025):
What did the app description tell you, eh?
Premium is good and needed.
