Hello, I was wondering if they're are any newer versions of the offline installer for O365ProPlusRetail, or if I could make one myself.

Reason being that I would like to have an offline installer that includes updates within the past year (dark mode on excel sheets, new icons, etc.) without needing internet connection to update.

Instead of using that Offline installer ISO, you can download the latest files for Office offline using ODT, then you can store the files + ODT somewhere.

At the end there are two tabs, see the one named "Download and then Install"
