How to use this when my license is not embedded on BIOS but on a Windows 7 License sticker?

I'm confused on what your issue is.
MAS doesn't require you to put in any key, it uses generic ones for activation.

Ah, well then I myself was confused on what the purpose of this tool is. I thought it was to re-allow converting old licenses (7/8/8.1) to Windows 10 licenses.

No, the tool activates your windows without needing any prior licenses. Using old licenses/keys is no longer supported by Microsoft and was disabled server-side.
