Describe the bug

private apps when opened through a web clip or Url scheme will not open in multitask mode even when Launch in Multitask Mode by Default is turned on.
Shared apps do open in multitask mode when this setting is on

Instructions to reproduce

Set Launch in Multitask Mode by Default to on
create a web clip, or shortcut that contains a private app
open the private app through the web clip, or shortcut

What version of LiveContainer and iOS are you using?

Version 3.6.63-Release (main/fd6b650)

Verify steps

I downloaded LiveContainer from releases / actions section or LiveContainer's AltStore source.
I have the latest LiveContainer.
I installed LiveContainer through AltStore/SideStore/TrollStore or I'm confident that I signed LiveContainer correctly with all required entitlements.
