原版抖音需要iCloud权限才能使用，免费开发者账户不支持，你可能需要修改版的抖音。

奇怪的是在iOS18.5是可以正常使用的，按道理如果是这个原因应该一直无法使用才对。如果说抖音在我升级beta4的时候热更新又感觉太巧了……
