Describe the bug

When you try to launch an app via shortcut/app clip/LiveContainer while it is active in LiveContainer2 it will try to launch it, but cancels afterwards and switches to LiveContainer2

Instructions to reproduce

Download latest nightly release (12861b5)
Install LiveContainer2 and Launch an app in it
Try to launch the same app in LiveContainer via shortcut, app clip or the normal way

What version of LiveContainer and iOS are you using?

iOS: 18.3.1; LC: nightly (12861b5)

Other info

Tried on nightly 4b91423 and it didn't have that issue
