Game Center is only available to Apple Developer Program. See Supported capabilities (iOS) for more info.
Even if you have a paid developer account, this will likely not work as system services will still see LiveContainer’s package name instead of guest game’s.

I remember I was able to play Game Center-required games back when ZSign was a thing. Not sure how but I had literally screenshots of me running Ark Survival Evolved (old version) multiplayer through LiveContainer.

Something must've changed in the newer versions so that it's not a thing anymore.
