Describe the bug

In the latest stable version (3.31), I encountered a problem with the previous version, that is, OpenSSL could not be loaded. It appeared suddenly, and the error has not been detected yet.

I am a Chinese user. Using translation, there may be a problem of unclear expression in some places, but it is certain that the Open SSL problem existed in the previous version.

Instructions to reproduce

As I described, I can't find a way to cause this problem.
