if I want to update LiveContainer, I'm guessing I have to redownload each app individually and their data won't save. Is there a way to export the data so that I can update LiveContainer and put the data back into my apps? If not, that would be very helpful.

Just update LiveContainer as usual, just like how you go to App Store and update apps, do you have to uninstall them first? Absolutely no, so no data loss.

Should you still wanna do it, just move all files outside before uninstalling.
