Describe the bug

Can't get the Refresh All Apps shortcut working on iOS 17.0.x.

Instructions to reproduce

I’ve tried adding Shortcuts directly from within the app, manually adding actions from the Shortcuts app, and running the “Refresh All Apps” action directly. The same issue occurs at least on versions 3.7.2-Release, 3.7.0-Release and 3.6.1-Release.

Tried installed via Impactor, iLoader and SideStore, with all Extensions preserved.

What version of LiveContainer and iOS are you using?

3.7.2-Release

Verify steps

I downloaded LiveContainer from releases / actions section or LiveContainer's AltStore source.
I have the latest LiveContainer.
I installed LiveContainer through AltStore/SideStore/Impactor/iloader/TrollStore or I'm confident that I signed LiveContainer correctly with all required entitlements.
