Describe the bug

Here's a concise, ready-to-submit bug report for the SideStore GitHub Issues:
Bug Report: SideStore Incorrectly Fails to Detect Active Wi‑Fi and LocalDevVPN Connection

Environment:

• Device: iPhone17

• iOS Version:ios26.4

• SideStore Version: [Please fill in your SideStore version]

• LocalDevVPN (StosVPN) Version: 1.2.1

Issue Description:
When attempting to refresh the LiveContainer application in SideStore, the operation fails with the error message:
Failed to Refresh LiveContainer
You do not appear to be connected to Wi‑Fi and/or LocalDevVPN!
SideStore cannot install or refresh applications without Wi‑Fi and LocalDevVPN. If both are connected, replace your pairing with iloader.
Despite the device being connected to an active Wi‑Fi network and LocalDevVPN (StosVPN) showing a valid connection status (e.g., Tunnel IP: 10.7.0.0, Device IP: 10.7.0.1), SideStore incorrectly detects that one or both connections are inactive. This prevents the application from being refreshed, which is critical as the certificate for LiveContainer is set to expire in 2 days.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Connect the device to a Wi‑Fi network.

  2. Launch LocalDevVPN (StosVPN) and confirm it is connected with a valid network configuration.

  3. Open SideStore and navigate to the "My Apps" tab.

  4. Attempt to refresh the LiveContainer application.

  5. Observe the error message indicating a missing Wi‑Fi and/or LocalDevVPN connection.

Expected Behavior:
SideStore should correctly recognize the active Wi‑Fi and LocalDevVPN connections and successfully refresh the application.

Additional Notes:

• The error persists after restarting SideStore, the VPN application, and the device.

• No other VPN or network-blocking applications are active.

Instructions to reproduce

Additional update:
Reinstalling SideStore and LocalDevVPN does not fix the issue. The error still occurs.

What version of LiveContainer and iOS are you using?

ios26.4beta1,LiveContainer3.7.0

Verify steps

  • I downloaded LiveContainer from releases / actions section or LiveContainer's AltStore source.
  • I have the latest LiveContainer.
  • I installed LiveContainer through AltStore/SideStore/TrollStore or I'm confident that I signed LiveContainer correctly with all required entitlements.
