I figured it out, the file dont has to be an ipa, you have to extract it, by renaming .ipa to .zip, open the extracted folder and move the .app into the Applications Folder, where you are in. Afterwards you can delete the empty folders.

Note: i installed Live Container via Sideloadly, but it seems to be not working

you must install sidestore then sideload the livecontainer app then run it with jit
