Did you at least read the output ? What did you try to do about tmux ?
Did you try to install it ?

Please, provide at least ./csgoserver details output taht will give between other things required info such as your distro.

Information! The current user (csgoserver) does not have ownership of the following files:
User  Group  File
root  root   /home/csgoserver/serverfiles/csgo/cfg/csgo-server.cfg

chown -R csgoserver:csgoserver /home/csgoserver

Read the provided link, will explain you why it sucks, how to fix it, and how to not do this kindov crap again.
