You have to download that file separately from:

https://github.com/dgibbs64/linuxgameservers/tree/master/GameServerQuery

And you have to put that in your main folder (where you did the installation).

I am afraid I am unsure what this error is however it does read command not found. At a complete guess maybe there is something wrong it Python on your server?

I found the solution, if opened file in windows: dos2unix gsquery.py
