Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

HI i edit the GameUserSettings and always after the server restart are my GameUserSetting are set to Default??

the GameUserSetting.ini in this final directory is where mine are working from
I had the same issue until I found the file there as well.
