Description

If you run have multi-instance installations of a game server currently you need to manually reboot all other instances after an update. This change will for all servers to automatically reboot once an update is released.

This is don't by the monitor and update commands.

for example

./csgoserver update updates the installation and restarts. ./csgoserver-2 monitor picks up that there has been an update and restarts itself.

Fixes #2552
