Description

Fixes the url of the ut 2004 server key portal to the new url

The url was found here:
https://www.epicgames.com/unrealtournament/forums/past-unreal-tournament-games/unreal-tournament-2003-2004/14811-read-before-posting-most-common-questions-and-useful-links

Bug fix (change which fixes an issue).
New feature (change which adds functionality).
