User Story

When running the monitor command (using Gamedig) for an Unturned server the command fails and restarts the server

Basic info

  • Distro: [Ubuntu 20.04]
  • Game: [Unturned]
  • Command: [Monitor]
  • LinuxGSM version: [v21.4.0]

Further Information

The queryport is assigned in the following function in lgsm/functions/info_game.sh:

fn_info_game_unt(){
    # Parameters
    servername=${selfname:-"NOT SET"}
    port=${port:-"0"}
    queryport=$((port+1))
}

However, Gamedig does not get a response on this port and the command restarts the server as a result of this. Instead the normal gameport should be used when querying Unturned with Gamedig, which by default is 27015.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Instantiate an Unturned server with all settings on default (query type = gamedig)
  2. Start the server
  3. Run the command ./untserver monitor
  4. Notice that the server restarts
  5. Change queryport in lgsm/functions/info_game.sh to queryport=$((port))
  6. Restart server and run ./untserver monitor again. Query should now be sucessful.

Expected behaviour

Well, I expect the server not to restart every 5 minutes due to a faulty monitor.
