When is start the server i get every time this error:

curl: option -->: is unknown
curl: try 'curl --help' or 'curl --manual' for more information

The server does function but if i get the details, the external IP is the content of a HTML site:

Why do I have to complete a CAPTCHA?

Completing the CAPTCHA proves you are a human and gives you temporary access to the web property.

What can I do to prevent this in the future?

If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware.

If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices.

Well in the end this is a message from cloudflare that is reqiures a captcha - maybe we should consider to move to another service instead to get the ip of the user

you already host your website, just add a site to it with a little script which gives back the users address.
