Tried or other machine with 100 GB free space, problem is the same. Also newest Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I have sent you an email with login details, take a look.

It is really difficult to know what the issue is here as the problem is with either steamcmd of the dedicated server. I do not remote on to peoples servers to give tech support as per FAQ https://docs.linuxgsm.com/support/faq#can-you-remote-on-to-my-server-and-help-me-set-up-my-game-server
