./linuxgsm.sh could be used to install dependencies if run a root user

Describe the solution you'd like
currently LinuxGSM will only install dependencies when the user has sudo access. A suggestion would be to allow ONLY dependencies to be installed if the script is run as root. allowing deployment scripts to install the dependencies required as root. So the installed only runs the dependency checker as root but the rest will not run as root.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current solution is to allow normal user sudo access which isnt always possible
