I try to start the server and i get this error:

create session failed: ./ucc-bin server KF-BioticsLab.rom?game=KFmod.KFGameType?VACSecured=true -nohomedir ini=kf-server.ini log= |tee -a /home/kfserver/log/console/kf-server-console.log: Operation not permitted

Do you know where it can be from?

On a killing floor server, i solved it. When creating th kfserver user, add him to tty group.
If you don't you will not be able to create a new session with tmux.
