No ADB port discovered, fallback...

I'm getting this error when i try to connect.
Device: Lenovo Legion Y700
Android version: 13

What can i do to solve this issue?

Note: normally the setting app of the system doesn't support split screen. I am using my app to open settings and splitting screen before open settings and it's seems working. However still i can not connect.
