I recently got a warning about unusual behavior on Instagram; just after using this tool is it still safe to use this?
@amandatru commented on GitHub (Jul 15, 2024):
It worked for me
@davidarroyo1234 commented on GitHub (Jul 15, 2024):
Can you provide some screenshoots? To be honest i dont know if instagram has introduce any type of detection. I didnt see that message yet at leats in my account..
@FSGalley23 commented on GitHub (Jul 15, 2024):
I didn't take a screenshot, but the alert appeared directly on my cell phone when I started Instagram at a random moment.
For weeks I have seen that when entering the console from the web, an alert appears telling us not to continue doing this.
They must have found out about this trick and send alerts, I don't know whether to use it anymore...

(the original page was in a different language but it's translated to english)

Maybe its getting flagged for something, did you use other app before this? And how many people do you follow?
@FSGalley23 commented on GitHub (Jul 17, 2024):
this is exactly what appears to me, I didn't use anything before enters Instagram and I'm following near 2k accounts

Well.. i never tested this with more than 350-400 people. I suppose that if you try this with 2000 people manually you will get a warning too. But atm maybe dont use it with that many people until get some more info about this.
@FSGalley23 commented on GitHub (Jul 17, 2024):
but I don't understand why this is happening NOW, I started to use it the last year when it came viral (i was following 3k there) and suddenly happens this? I think Instagram figure it out this and i they're penalizing people :/

It's just a warning. dw about it unless it actually get's u banned. Currently I'm doing the same (follow 2k followers) so now I'm just letting it do its thing. Sad though it takes so long to do it. 40 followers in 1 hour, 50 hours it'll take 😥

Yeah, thats a simple warning to dont paste strange scripts. But this one its public and you can see whats its doing. Discord has also this type of warning when you open the console
@teabag272007 commented on GitHub (Aug 19, 2024):
I just wanted to warn people that I got hacked from this, I've used it so many times but immediately after using it this time I was asked to verify my identity or email or something but my email had been changed to something random, so I now have to do the whole sending a video of your face to Instagram to get my account back.
@davidarroyo1234 commented on GitHub (Aug 19, 2024):
As I mentioned 100 times, the code is 100% open source. You can check what is doing at any moment. And its more likely that you computer has some malware or you have been using some other instagram app.
@husainazkas commented on GitHub (Nov 26, 2024):
let me guess, you are not a programmer or related fields that at least understand with general-basic programming language. or maybe you also not really understand about tech, because from what you describe it's not hacked but just locked by Instagram policy (if it's really from trusted source).
