I have noticed that (as the bot starts) instagram detects the bot and soft ban the session with the bot saying "Could not get text. Waiting 2 seconds and trying again".

I have tried to remove and install again the app. When i manually check it, it was working (i could see user followers, post numbers) but when the bot starts, it doesen't show the numbers again.

Clean browser cache and sign out from that account , restart device and then sign in and issue should be gone. You prob want to lower your interaction with longer repeats time. Good luck
