I suggest to remove RT-France (RussiaToday-France) from the list because it falls under the category described in this project's README:

No channels made for a country and funded by a different country

The channel has been banned in Europe since the invasion of Urkraine started.
It still exists on the internet but is produced directly in Moscow.

I connected for 5 minutes and heard a guy talk about the "virility of the russian army" and the "hystery of NATO".
So yeah, it's hard to be a more obvious caricature of a propaganda channel.
