📄 Description

Updated new m3u8 links for Gelderland, RTV Oost and RTV Rijnmond.
Also updated some old links in Netherlands page.

Removed NPO 1, NPO 2 & NPO 3 from Netherlands list page, because the links are broken (didn't find new one yet)

First experience with a pull request, lmk if i did something wrong. (Sorry for typo in commit)
