📄 Description

Add to and fix qatar.md, saudi_arabia.md and united_arab_emirates.md. Side note: personally, I think MBC's channels should be in saudi_arabia.md, since the channels are based there, but IPTV-org lists them in the UAE grouping - happy to change either way.
