Fixed CZ and SK channels thanks to sktv forwarders revival, available here!

Changes

  • Replaced sktv-forwarders.7m.pl with sktv.plainrock127.xyz

Issues

  • Tried to add new channels, but since I don't know the epg id, and don't have logo, I haven't added them.

Please merge this asap :)
