LRT has recently changed their urls. LRT TV and LRT Plius are no longer working for the following links; both give a 403 error:

New link for LRT Lituanica
https://stream-live.lrt.lt/lituanica/master.m3u8

The tvkaista.net links should probably be moved to invalid channels since they return "403 Forbidden". There are official .m3u8 streams for these channels but the URLs contain a unique token ID each time and expire after some time
