hello, i don't understand why in the italian channel some of them have some added char to the name: Ⓢ Ⓖ and those char broke the epg association as the official name in epg doesn't have those char

is it possible to remove those char so it will work better ?

EPG association is done by the EPGid field, not the channel name, so the symbols shouldn't be directly causing those issues, although some players may not be able to render them correctly.
