“jp-primehome” (= http://cdns.jp-primehome.com:8000/zhongying/live/playlist.m3u8?cid=**XX) is the server of the company that provides live streaming of Japanese TV channels to Japanese living outside Japan "for a fee".
This service is provided for the users who has a paid subscription, and can only be viewed with a dedicated video viewing application provided by the distributor to users who have signed a paid subscription.
Until recently, anyone could access and watch primehome streaming "for free" by using the japanese TV playlist on github that was uploaded by someone who analyzed the distribution URL data of each broadcast channel included in the dedicated application by the distributor.
