2024年10月16日夕方頃から、地デジチャンネルがヒットしなくなった。

プレイリストは、前日に更新済み。
再度エラーで弾かれて、視聴出来ない。
ショップ系チャンネルと北朝鮮の番組は、視聴可能。

解決方法など、ご教示いただけると助かります。

From around the evening of October 16, 2024, the terrestrial digital channel stopped being a hit.

The playlist has been updated the day before.

It was played with an error again and I can't watch it.

Shop channels and North Korean programs are available.

It would be helpful if you could teach me how to solve it.

チャンネルが大幅に減り、関西地区のテレビが消えて東京とBSの一部　CSの一部だけになりました。

真っ先に見られなくなったのは、プレイリストの中で「primehome」という括りで登録されていたチャンネルです。
チャンネルにアクセスするためのURLが
"http://cdns.jp-primehome.com:8000/zhongying/live/playlist.m3u8?cid=～"
となっているのがそれに該当します。
このprimehomeというドメインで配信されているのは、海外にサーバーを設置して海外在住の日本人相手に日本のテレビを有料会員制で配信している業者のものです。
見られなくなる前までは、チャンネルごとのURLさえ知ってしまえば、外部の第三者が動画プレイヤーを使って簡単にアクセスしてタダ見できてしまう状態だったので、それを知った誰かがプレイリスト作ってそれをgithubにアップしていたのです。
ある程度以上の知識がある本当にごく少数の人間がアクセスしていた状態だったのですが、最近PC・ガジェット系の有名YouTuberたち複数名がこの裏技的アクセス方法をYouTube動画で事細かに紹介してしまい、配信業者に有料契約している日本人の数を遥かに上回る桁違いに多いYouTube視聴者たちが大勢primehomeのサーバーにアクセスするようなってしまう事態となり、業者側にそれが知れ渡って対策が取られてタダ見しようとする日本国内からアクセスしてくる者がアクセス拒否されるシステムになりました。
関西地区の地上波はgithubにあるm3uプレイリストでアクセスできるところではprimehomeだけでしたので、残念ですがもう見ることはできないでしょう。

余計なことをしてくれたYouTuber2名を晒しておきます。
