Sorun muhtemelen Kaspersky isimli antivirüs yazılımı ile alakalı.
Eğer Kaspersky kullanmıyorsanız:
Yeni güncellenen SplitWire-Turkey v1.5.0 programını indirip kurarak içerisindeki yöntemleri deneyebilirsiniz.
GoodbyeDPI sekmesinde Blacklist kullan'ı tikleyip Hizmet Kur butonuna basarak Standart parametreleri, eğer çalışmazsa alternatifleri deneyebilirsiniz.
