Can you inject drivers into ESXi ARM?

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 Cluster & was hoping to build a RADXA Rock5A & RADXA Rock5B ESXi cluster.

So far, I have only experimented with the Rock5B and it loads the installer almost completely but fails on the ethernet driver.

Is it possible to compile an ARM vib for the realtek-r8125 chipset and make a custom iso to boot the board?
