This is a super useful utility. I think it would be great if we could add custom DNS over HTTPS servers, for example ControlD or NextDNS configurations.

Apologies if this is already possible and I haven't realised!

Apologies it took me this long to see this.
I'd mostly skipped DoH because the DNS servers I'd wanted my users to hit here IP based.

I'll have a look. Valid question.
