Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Would you include a --dry-run option, so that the cli output would show that there is a difference or not in the two compared databases, but it would not generate a migration?

@hawle This seems like it would be a useful option, although I'm keen to keep the CLI's API as lean as possible so it's worth exploring how best we could implement this!
