看上去，Cloak和Xray-core一样，都使用uTLS这个库来模拟TLS Client Hello指纹。
那么，Xray项目在积极更新uTLS指纹库（且都是Go语言）的话，Cloak为什么不直接使用Xray的uTLS指纹库？
