いつも利用させていただいています。

1つ問題が発生しています。
PCを変更したためClipyのデータを引き継ぐために
エクスポートしたデータをインポートしたいのですが、
インポートされません。
特にエラーメッセージもなく、解決策が不明です。

ご確認の程よろしくお願いいたします。

I've changed my PC, and I want to import my Clipy data that I exported to transfer it, but it's not importing.
There's no specific error message, and I'm unsure of the solution.
