So I look in history of clipboard I see all tings I copied. But do I have each time to go up and click what I would like to insert.

I thought and hope there is a way to use shortcuts, so If I want to copy in a string the is saved in the app I could do something like CMD+1 etc - so it will insert the copied text at place 1 in the app. Today I have to open clipy and then select the text manually to insert it - a shortcut would be a lot faster
