I tried adding Eclipse to the exclude list in Clipy, but it still shows up. Then I tried excluding TextEdit, and Clipy but it still shows up in both, even after resetting.

I am using Clipy v1.2.1 running on Monterey 12.3 and came here to make a similar report. My focus is specifically on MacPass. In doing some science and trying to get good data for a report I noticed that copying a password from MacPass did not always make the password show up in my Clipy menu.

It seems that this behaviour is not totally consistent. In some cases the password was put into Clipy history after I paste it into a login form. In some cases the password never appeared in my Clipy history and in other cases it appeared immediately, before I paste the password.

What struck me as a little odd was that the behaviour appears to be consistent for each password. This may very well be more about how specific applications use the clipboard than something with Clipy, but this is way outside of my wheelhouse :D
