Hey!

My ADHD self needs this functionality SO badly. I don't know how you normal folk do it!

I have SO many snippets (and love how Clipy handles them), but without subfolders my snippets get totally unweildy (visually and practically).

I agree!!
I want to assign separate keyboard shortcuts for each "parent" folder!!
(Such as "Work", "Private", etc.)

Currently, I'm planning to assign shortcut keys to do these sequences by Keyboard Maestro, for changing profiles:

Kill the Clipy app.
Overwrite Library/Application Support/com.clipy-app.Clipy/default.realm by specific file assigned by the keys.
Relaunch Clipy.
